Our family trip to the hotel had its ups and downs. While the kids thoroughly enjoyed the water park, having fun on the slides and lazy river, the situation with the pool was very disappointing. Communication about issues could have been much better, leaving us feeling a bit let down, especially since we didn’t get a discount or other compensation during our stay. Overall, it was a fun experience for the kids, but some management issues need addressing.
